totemdaily is an online Ayurvedic apothecary. We make a focused collection of body oils, tridoshic teas, toners and skin balms, each formulated around a dosha — vata, pitta or kapha — and around the plain idea that the body already knows how to balance itself when it is given the right materials.

The oil you use before a shower, the tea you drink when the afternoon goes flat, the balm you press into your hands before bed: these are not treatments, they are habits. We are a small team of formulators and makers. Batches are made in limited quantities, labelled by hand, and shipped from the same place they are blended. If a formula sells out, it usually means it is being made again rather than discontinued.
